  ONE WAY Rental: A one way rental fee of $250 is charged for rentals 20 days or less per segment.

BROOME Rental: An additional charge of $750 applies to all rentals picking up or dropping off in Broome. This is in addition to the one way fee if applicable. Only the Hitop Campervan and 4wd Adventure Camper are available to be rented to and from the Broome branch.

Apollo's Flex Rates
Minimum rental duration: 7 days
   
 

Apollo's rental rates are flexible and subject to change depending on supply & demand, time of year and special promotions.

'Early Bird' 5% Discount. With Apollo, it pays to book early. If you can book 180 days (approx. 6 months) prior to your pick-up date, you will be entitled to a 5% discount on GoOzGo's quoted daily rate.

Long-Term Discounts. When planning your trip with an Apollo vehicle, you will receive discounts based on the duration of the rental:
21-34 days - 8% off GoOzGo's quoted daily rate.
35+ days - 15% off GoOzGo's quoted daily rate.

Apollo's Flex Rates apply for 7 days commencing each Monday.
GoOzGo's quotes are valid to 11:59pm on the following Sunday from when the quote is issued.
GoOzGo's Quotes are in Australian Dollars (AU$)
Between 14 December 2009 and 9 January 2010, a minimum rental duration of 14 days applies.
Minimum rental durations are subject to change during peak periods.
The minimum rental duration varies depending on the pick-up and drop-off destinations.

Taxes
Our rates include 10% GST.
A charge of 3% of the total costs will be levied to cover government taxes, duties and associated costs.

Standard Liability

Apollo's rental charge includes a Standard Liability of $7,500.

The Standard Liability can be reduced by purchasing one of the following Reduction Options:

Reduction Option 1

Liability $2,500 = $25.00 per day

The maximum amount payable for this Option per rental is $1,250
 i.e. 50 days rental at $25 per day.

Reduction Option 2 (VIP Cover)

Liability $0 (zero) = $42.00 per day

The maximum amount payable for this Option per rental is $2,100
 i.e. 50 days rental at $42 per day.


  
 
Bond
For security purposes, only a credit card can be used to provide a Bond. The credit card holder must be present and able to sign for the Bond upon vehicle collection. The credit card holder is jointly and severally liable for any damage to the rental vehicle.

The Bond is fully refundable when the vehicle is returned to the correct location on time, is full of fuel and all other terms of the Rental Contract have been complied with. If there is damage to the vehicle on its return, the Bond will be used to cover the cost of such damage up to the amount of the relevant Liability. However, if the terms of the Rental Contract are breached and the Bond is insufficient to cover the damage then any extra cost will be charged.
